Don't remember the dirt being all that bad - but, cold mud was a real pain to work in...
Those were the days - shop rag under your head, flashlight in your mouth and with them 'lightwieght' jacks, who needed a Gym membership graemlins/clonk.gif

Pits like that was why I had a big hunk of cardboard at the bottom of my trunk.

Called it my "cardboard creeper" :D
