After purshasing a new heat shield cover set for a SB exhaust manifold, I'm in need of the correct round head rivets to re-attach the shield. Has any one found or know who might have the technically correct rivets. I need five or so. I tried Rick's First Gen. but they do not handle them...

You might try the dealer, they have a Standard Parts book listing all general hardware ever used by GM converted to a GM part number.

I know you're probably looking to keep originality, but, I'd put in Stainless steel rivets. This way, they keep their shine on the heads.
