Ok guys sorry if this seems like a stupid question..
but how exactly do the bolts go on for the clutch fan? I put all the stuff on. Yet when i try to start the car the fan wont turn..i think i tweaked my pulley in the process! http://www.camaros.net/forum/frown.gif. Its a learning experience for me (as you can tell Im still pretty car dumb when it comes to this stuff). Do you put on the bolt with the little notch in the front of the bolt INTO the pulley? Or do you put the fat part of the bolt without the notch into the pullet? And then its washer/locknut thingy.... i did all this with the notch facing out(cause i couldnt get the washer to get on the fat part of the bolt, but now for some reason the fan wont turn. I think its because the bolts are hitting the back of the fan and not allowing it to turn. Either way I need to fix this soon cause i have a date, and well...i would rather take my 67 camaro then a honda civic ;/.
So please help! Thanks in advance.
