After removing the rearend and opening it up to check the gears, what type of fluid do I put in it when I close it back up. I have no clue about anything once you go past the tranny. Just a simple ? for you guys
Thanks
Tim

80-90 gear lube. If the axle is equipped with positraction an additive must also be used.

If the axle is out of the car, fill it before installation. Much easier.

Im in the process of changing my oil in rear. I am going with Aims-oil synthetic 75w-90 series 2000 and it already has the additive for posi.
