I was looking at installing a turbo 400 tranny into my 69 along with my 396; however, this tranny came out of a pick-up truck. The yoke is bolted onto the rear. If I remove the bolt and yoke will I be able to use a regular car 400 slip yoke?

Afraid that won't happen.

You'll have to get an output shaft and rear extension housing for an auto and changeover.
