View Full Version : Power Brake booster firewall seal availability?

I am finally ready to put my NAPA rebuilt booster on, but found out that the rebuilder assumes you have another booster and tells you to use the old seal. Since I am adding PB to my 4 drum car, I do not have an old one. It is the white plastic tube looking collar that seals against the firewall and rear of booster.

Is this still available from GM? Does anyone know who still sells this?

I'm stuck until I find one. I am going to try the junkyard, but I really don't want to buy a whole booster to get the seal.

Thanks, Kevin

Confoundit, seems there was a good bit of discussion on this 6 months ago when I was searching for something to plug up that gap. I wound up fabricating a cover cut down from a plumber's roofing pipe flange. I figured there had to be something like that.
