I apologize for posting a Trans Am question on a Camaro board (I know, I know!) but I can't find a good Trans Am tech page. I'm hoping some of you with 79-81 Camaros have done this before - replacing the heater fan motor. Is it in the same spot as the T/A? (Firewall on passenger side almost impossible to get at?)

I'm looking at it thinking I'm going to have to remove the passenger front fender to get at it. Is this true? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Remove the passenger side inner fenderwell.
If you have small hands you can reach the fan and motor. On secand though you should have no probelms reaching though, my hands are lager than most and they fit, so yours should fit just fine.
