Does anybody know the fair market value of a 69 DZ 302 long block. The engine is is great shape. The car was wrecked beyond restoration. I want to make the guy and offer but I don't want to pay too much. I don't have a Z to put it in but I do like the high revs you can get out of them. I am thinking about buying the engine and then looking for a rolling chassis to put it in. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

the engine wont be cheap that i will tell you. Any chance you can get the Info on the car VIN/Cowl tag by chance??

I saw the car it was an X33. Style trim Z-28. The body has been crushed.
