Would anyone here be interested in a first gen subframe converted to take an LS1-t56?
I'm talking about notched for the AC compressor, engine and trans mounted in proper location for minimal trans tunnel interferance and shifter location mods?

I would be interested!!! Thats our next project hopefully is a 69 coupe with LS1 and a T56!!!

Djd, what I'm doing is seeing how many people would be interested in a factory frame with the mods nessesary for an easy LS1 swap. It seems to me that one would have to have something to sell before putting an ad in the for sale section.

Seems what Dennis is asking was if you have something to sell. There's no way to tell from your question. Are you planning on building them to sell and seeing if there's an interest? Or are you just curious?

Thank you Jody, you are 100% correct. This site is privately funded by Al (with a small bit of help from Ground Up) and when business' or even private individuals post items for sale and wanted ads in the forums it really is taking advantage of Al's genorosity.

We don't mean to offend but try to remind folks there are ad and wanted areas provided and in the case of this thread where the motive is unclear we ask the poster to elaborate. I could not tell from the orig post that you didn't have something for sale!!
