well at a local big car show in colorado my friends came upon this corvette. It has got to be one of the nicest combinations of an old chevy body and style grafted into a new C5 zo6. http://coloradof-body.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=9;t=001077

just found out that this has been done before but i thought it was cool. When your done lookin at the link check out the website, its our local camaro club and any Colorado Members on the site might like it. I'm sick of being the only first gen in this club http://www.camaros.net/forum/smile.gif

you would be doing yourself an injustice not looking at this unique car

This should be moved over to Bench Racing...

I am so glad that there are a number of companies doing customized C5's. It is so cool that people are keeping the spirit of customized Corvettes alive.

I saw the '63 Split Window C5 conversion at the 50th Kick-Off in Bowling Green. That is the one that I like the best. Here's (http://www.makoshark2.com/dcforum/DCForumID13/1.html) a link to some info on it.

BTW---It's nice to see club participation on a club forum! I set up one for our Corvette club and only get a couple of people to say anything... Oh Well.

We have its twin here. Was at the Cruise night last month. Nice looking car but I think the rear tail lights are way to big and dont look right.

Just thought I'd throw this in: Isn't it amazing how much the new Thunderbird looks like a 53 Vette?
