Got the word this week that my resto guy is going to take my car in the shop. I've been waiting almost a year to it in there. It will be a full resto/restification with all new NOS panels (damn New England!). The first stop will be the soda blasters then the bodywork begins! It was so hard to find someone to take on a full resto. I'm glad it is going to happen http://www.camaros.net/forum/smile.gif Can't wait to finaly see a Dusk Blue car with hockeys. Haven't seen one in the 15 yrs I've been looking.

Spooky,
I'm on the tail end of what you just started.
Soda blasting, complete body and paint and so
on. Its been taking a long time but well worth the wait. All good things take time.

We need a " Waiting Room " area on here for folks to keep us informed with pics and details after the 'baby' goes into the shop for awhile http://www.camaros.net/forum/smile.gif
Good luck and pics, pics, pics each week if you can. Its fun to see a car slowly change while being worked on.

I'm from Springfield area, neer the CT river.

Today I came down with the bug that is going around and had to call the shop to delay the car going in for a week. I didn't want to be stopping every 5 mins to find a B-room http://www.camaros.net/forum/frown.gif

DOH! Get some rest and you'll be ready in no time. My car has been in the process of restoration for almost 3 years now. It's killing me, but it will be an awesome car when it's done.
