Please help,is there anyone who can explain to me the difference between 67-68 Camaro/Fbird clutch/brake pedals and the 69 ones(and the Nova pedals into the seventies)I've heard the pedals are different somehow.What if I used the later pedals complete with the later bracket they swing from. I have a 68 that I would like to convert from auto to manual and there seems to be a lot more 70-72 Nova and 69 Camaro pedal sets available.Does anybody know how they are different?

Hey Bob my chevy interchange manual says, part number 3923541 1967-68 Camaro,1967-68 firebird,and 1968 nova,all manual. Hope this helps.

Bob, 1967-1968 camaro pedals are different than 1969 pedals. I don't know about novas. I put 1968 pedals in my 69 camaro, and the brake pedal did not have enough travel. When I applied the brakes, the pedal would go nearly all the way to the floor. The difference between the pedals is the 67-68 brake pedal is curved below the pivot point and the 69 pedal is straight below the pivot point. I have decided not to put a 4-speed in my car and will sell the pedals i have. Jack
