1967 350 and it still has the canister oil filter (sort of an open-element looking filter). The last time I changed the filter, I just read the CarQuest part number off the filter I removed and drove to the store to buy a new one. I'd like to have the filter in hand before I change the oil, this time.
Does anyone know the PN for the filter?
Thanks.

either look in the "help yourself" books, or ask the kid behnd the counter to look it up in the almighty, all knowing computer. i'd prefer to look in the book myself..

The AC-DELCO part# is: PF141, but good luck finding one. You should be able to find a FRAM CH200PL.

When I ask for the filter for a 1967 Camaro with a 350, they give me a screw-on filter. Pretty tough to fit those into the canister! :D

I know what you mean. I had that happen in 1981. Ever since I just go to the shelf and get it myself.

Pick one:
AC PF-141
Fram CH200PL
GM 5574406 or 5574540
Lee L141HP
Motorcraft FL22
Purolator L30141
Wix 51143
Even the kid behind the counter with the 18 body piercings and orange/blue spiked hair should be able to cross-reference one of these :D
