Thinking about buying the linkage or making my own per Dave Pozzi's site. Just wondering if it helps alot (operation wise). What are your experiences? How do you like it?

Jay,

I don't have it on my Camaro but I DID put it on my 55 Nomad when the original linkage gave up the ghost. If I remember correctly, it cost me about $50.00 for the kit, which was just fine with me (the original stuff would have cost that much). Easy install and works like a charm! My Nomad has a heavier clutch in it than the original and the original linkage would actually bow when I pressed in the clutch! The new stuff doesn't do this at all and it "feels" nice and tight. I highly recommend either the kit or what David did...

I made my own and it works great. Don't know but I feel as if the pedal requires a lighter effort afterwards.

i installed it on my 67, very solid pedal feel and so easily installed and adjusted. i bought mine on a group purchase right here on team camaro so there should plenty others here to give you their opinion. David
