What would be a good ring type to use in my 350 chevy. 202 camel hump heads, 10:1 compression, solid cam. Single moly, double moly or cast iron ? how many miles can you get out of a set of single moly's, do cast iron last longer, how long does it take for moly rings to seal to cylinder walls ? Thanks for the help !!

James,
There are very few double moly ring sets around. I would use a good name brand set of single moly rings...Hastings, Sealed Power etc. If the cylinder bores are finished properly a good moly ring will almost be seated before you start the engine.
Hope this helps,

At that rate, they will last longer than you will :D
