View Full Version : 1968 assembly manual davidorn Apr 30th, 03, 10:27 AM can anyone tell me how to obtain a free assembly manual? DjD Apr 30th, 03, 10:28 AM Ask for one for Christmas!! ;) Most any Camaro parts shop sells them... choptop May 1st, 03, 03:32 AM I do not know of any for free. Occasionally someone has scanned and uploaded pages to the internet, but not the whole manual. They are not expensive (reprinted ones cost about $26) and are well worth the money invested. Unreal May 1st, 03, 05:45 AM They're on ebay all the time for $20 + shipping. rmadsen55 May 1st, 03, 11:26 AM haven't seen any free sites anywhere but you can pick one up from Firewheel classics (http://www.firewheelclassics.com/camaro_literature.htm) for just $19. ORENCH May 1st, 03, 03:20 PM There are CDs also. http://www.gearheadcafe.com/cgi-bin/store/picserve.cgi?picserve=/smcd.jpg J Meadows Dec 25th, 03, 10:23 PM I found this one for a 67, it should be close. http://www.67rs.com/macphreak4evr/ Sorry about taking so long to reply. 68Conv400HO Dec 26th, 03, 05:47 AM In regards to that subject: There is no reprint available for the 68 Firebird Assembly Manual. (67 and 69 are but not 68) It's a long shot, but if any you have seen or hear of an original please let me know. It has been said that they do exist. Many of us use the 68 Camaro coupled with an adjacent year Firebird but there are just way too many differences. Thanks. |
