I thought that all 67 Camaro SS 350/295 HP cars came with a 4 speed and right rear traction bar. I have seen a few originals around and most are 350 auto with no traction bar.
Can anyone out there tell me which is correct? 67 Camaro 350 coupes were equipped with the factory 4 speed and traction bar. Or not. I thought I had read this quite a few years ago, that they did.
Thanks..... Ron

67 SS 350 was available with 3 speed (std. or HD), a 4 speed, or a Powerglide.

The traction bar was a mid-year addition (December?). I have an October built RS-SS, and it doesn't have the traction bar.

From what I have seen, the traction bar was on cars with positraction rear ends. The non-posi cars did not get the bar.

Thanks guys, for clearing that up. I think I will take some time and read the CRG reports. I'm sure it will be interesting reading. Thanks again.
