I wrecked my 69 camaro and bent the front sub frame beyond repair. I was told that a 69 to 74 Nova uses the same sub frame. is that true? If so then a 73 Pontiac Ventura should work? can someone please steer me straight

The Ventura frame will work- there are some small welded on accessory brackets on the rear of the main cross member that you will need to remove. Other than that they are dimensionally identical frames!
