I would like to make a new power steering hose for my 69 small block with Hedman Headers. The stock hose does not fit very well at all.

My question is while looking in my Russell catalog I have picked out a #6 powerflex power steering hose and the 6 to 11/16 X 18 inverted flare to screw into the stock steering box. The fitting that screws into the pump is a 9/16 X 18 (I think). Am I correct with all my sizes and are the Russell #6 female fittings the 6 X 18?

Measure carefully. I think 1 is 11/16 and the other 5/8 I think there is a pic in my sig. Mine were Russell. I think it was about $50 for the pressure side
