Has anyone tried the deep scratch repair kit from Eastwood? Does it work?
I have several scratches that your fingernail does catch on my driver side door.

A friend of mine tried it but it came out real hazy. He ended up buying new.

Yeah, I did a search on scratches in the glass and there isn't a lot of positive comments but I think this deep scratch package from Eastwood is fairly new.
New door glass is $145 so I'm willing to try to buff it out first if it will work. The scratches are near the edge of the window where the track scratched it.

Most glass shops can provide the same service. When I took mine there the price was reaonable but they said it would cause distortion if were too deep. There rule of thumb (literally) was if you could feel it with a finger nail it was to deep. Good Luck, and if you do try it let us know how it worked out.
