Wasn't really sure where to post this, so here it is. I was looking in my wheel well and decided to clean it up. There is some metal showing and some of the undercoat has worn off. What is your opinion of cleaning it up. Do I remove and paint or replace the undercoat?

Clean as needed and reshoot with undercoating.
