I thought they all did. The owner of an ebay auction I was looking at however, swears his car is a true RS, but looks like my base coupe from the front.

The RS option was a package deal with trim and headlight covers. You couldnt take part of the package, all or nothing, so a true RS without them has been altered.
Thats my take on what Ive read in here over the years.

all '67's on Ebay are rally sports.

If it does not have hideaway headlights its either:
A. Not an RS.
B. An RS whose owner got fed up with the headlight doors not opening and changed the front grill to non-RS.
3. An RS with the headlight doors permanently open.
