Is there a trick to replacing the grommet with the groung strap? Need to do it, but the strap looks like it is pinched between two halfs of the base and secured with a rivet that is staked over. Thanks for the help. :confused:

I used a phillips head screw driver in the center to turn and twist out the metal cap. You have to seperate the cap from the rubber before you remove it.

What do you use to replace the rivet (cap?).
