Can anyone tell me how many bolt the stock rear end for a 67 camaro coupe is, and what are the stock gears? Thanks in advance...

It is a 10 bolt, 8.2" ring gear diameter.

There were many gear ratios available.

Depends on the engine and other options. Anything from a 350 and up should have the 12 bolt. The Z-28 also had the 12 bolt. The others had the 8.2 10 bolt.

Most of the 8.2" 10 bolt open rear ends for 67 were 3.08 ratio. Later in the spring of 1967 and for the 68 model year, 2.73 ratio became common on open rears. On the posi's it could be a bunch of different ratios depending on if it was 10 bolt or 12 bolt.

my 327 engined '67 RS had a
10 bolt,posi,3.31 gears;but it came with a 4 speed
and had other options,like a console,fold down rear seat,disc brakes,Radio Delete,heater,so maybe they ordered the steeper gears,and posi,vs default
build date was dec 66
