Anyone know of a shop that does good work on rearends? I need multi-spring perches welded, and also the gears set up. Austin would be great, San Antonio as a second choice.

Sorry to say I don't know anyone who specializes in rear-ends. There are a couple of performance shops in town. B & B Performance comes to mind. But they hold the Monday through Friday 8-5pm schedule. Not very accomidating on weekends, but you might call them and see what they say. The are on Gillis street.
