I just purchased a new 350 engine with a TH400 rebuilt transmission. I currently have a TH350 in my 68 camaro and I am wondering what is neededto swap from TH350 to TH400? Do I need new crossmember and Driveshaft? Thanks

T400 was never offered behind a smallblock in a first gen. A BBT400 crossmamber will work, but themount pad is offset to the pass side. Either cut it off and re-weld it centered, or I believe you can get a 3 hole rubber mount and one of the holes will line up. T400 uses a shorter driveshaft than a short tailshaft T350.
