I got most of my order from GW Monday but 2 items were not in the box and I cant remember who to ask for to find out when they will be shipped.

Find out if they charged you for them(The parts not included in your order) first, Then raise cain if they did. If they didn't, be nice!! Good luck dude. By the way, the invoice that is usually on the outside of the box will have a contact person or the guy who took your order included on it.

Thanks guys, yes they charged me for them. I did not even look closely at the invoice I just looked at the amount and items shipped. I will talk to Doug and tell him about the "problem"

oh man, at least you got some of your stuff. i placed an order for shackles and sub bushings over a month ago, and everything was said to be in stock at the time graemlins/angry.gif . i called week after week, and apparently they had to reinvent the wheel to build them. well, talked to them today, and (for the 2nd time) they red tag overnight shipped them. they had supposedly done this last week too :confused: . well this time i got a tracking number, and they are in ups hands as we speak graemlins/hurray.gif . its a good start anyway, now hopefully the whole order gets here.....
its sad, i know they make a great product, but i seriously doubt i'll order from them again, at least if i'm not in ANY kind of hurry. i hope they can fix whatever is broken within the company soon.

Well I got the uppers in about a week but the lowers were back ordered but I spoke with Doug today and he said I will have them by next friday.

Based on what I've seen posted by others, don't hold your breath for next friday. That is apparently the standard response.

I ordered upper bushings once, then lowers a few months later and both times I had my parts in about a week. But that was a couple years ago. Lately a LOT of people have ben posting about long delays. You will eventually get them, but I wouldn't tear apart the front end in anticipation of receiving the bushings.....

Bret to late we tore it down because I orded a complete Bear Brake system so while I was at it I decided to redo the front again.

yeah, i got six weeks of next fridays :mad: . every week it was "oh they are making them" then "oh they are at the anodizer", etc, etc. it was really getting old. if they had just said, "look, its gonna be a few weeks", then i'd have been fine, but when i get a new excuse every week after they were supposed to be here, i started getting annoyed. i called them the last two times, and let them know (politely) i was getting real tired of the jerk-around sessions. doug told me a week ago, he was sending them 2nd day, be there monday. that was last monday. called monday, whoops, getting them 2nd day aired out tommorrow. i called the next day, and got a tracking number to be sure. lo and behold the stuff came yesterday, as promised (finally). it looks like good quality, i'll start installing this weekend.
so in short, they got the stuff here but, what a long strange trip its been.... graemlins/clonk.gif
