I used to own the pace car currently on Ebay that is being advertised as AJ Foyt's award car. The seller is grossly misrepresenting the history of the car. When I confronted him, he first said he was confused since he owns 2 pace cars. Then when I reminded him the car is from Kansas - not Houston - he told me to get lost. Buyer beware - the new owner is not going to be happy!!

Just to clarify, A.J. Foyt was the winner of the 1967 Indianapolis 500 race and was given a 1967 Camaro Pace Car after the race, AJ refused to accept the car as it had no aircondition. Another car was build to AJ with aircondition later.
