Engines been freshened inside and out, along with the engine compartment. New Gardner exhaust system is installed. Power booster is replated. Master cylinder has been redone, looks like new. Thought I'd be driving my 69 Z this weekend, but nooooo! After reinstalling the booster and master cylinder I find out the distribution block is leaking on the back side, the brass seat is slightly gouged from being tightened down over the years. What are my options? I can,t seem to find a an original appearing 69 Camaro distribution block anywhere. HELP!!!! Sure would like to get this car on the road ASAP! Thanks guys!

Did you try HoneyWell Friction Materials in Lynn Haven? If they dont have one, they may have a direction to a parts retailer that does....

Are you speaking of the block or the Proportioning Valve for disc brakes?

Yes..... If they dont have anything, I was thinking that they could at least point you to a brake place in the area that would have something in stock.

Other than that, NAPA...which would be Advanced Auto Parts to you, might have something. I normally get my prop valves from them for doing brake system swaps. I normally get a '78 Pontiac Firebird WS6 prop valve....which is something normally carried by them.
