This is going to be a little long so bare with me.I just got done looking at all the search results on a 700r4 as this is what i just put in my v8 s-10.It did have a th350 that i took out of my 67 camaro. The th350 is a long tail shaft and is the same lenght as the 700r4.The only thing i moved in the s-10 was the trans crossmember back to oribinal location as i moved it forward for the th350.Now being as the th350 came out of the camaro why would i have to cut the drive shaft to put a 700r4 in the camaro. This is what all the post say.The drive shaft looks to be original and never cut.camaro was orinally a 6cylinder/powerglide car.Anybody got any info on this as it doesnt make sense as a 700r4 being longer than a th350.
