Do the 14"/168teeth flyweel fit in LS1 bellhousing?

I'm not sure, but I have one at the shop. I'll measure the I.D. when I get in there.

You were correct.
The flywheel is a 14" 168 tooth, with a bellhousing I.D. od 14-1/2".
