What is the correct 4 speed transmission for my 1969, 396, SS? Muncie or BW T-10? 12 bolt posi, not sure of gearing.

Ok, but I have only your word on that. I checked out your website and I'm not sure you are qualified to answer such questions. If you have the original rear in the car you can find out the gear ratio on the axle tube. The illustration below shows the location. Take a wire brush to the axle tube and let us know what codes you have.
