Does any one out there know where I can get a vacuum line for a 4L60 transmission in a 68 camaro with a small block? Its amazing how many little things there are to deal with when you get away from the stock setup!!! Thanks :confused:

4l60's don't have a vacuum modulator, they use a TV cable. It is imperative you understand how to correctly set up the TV cable or you risk ruining your trans.

Thank you for the reply. I guess there is such a thing as a "dumb question" after all. I had my TV cable hooked up and the intial adjustment done by a mechanic. What confused me is that there is a small 1/8" tube fitting on the top right side of the transmission body. I assumed it was for a vacuum line. Does anyone know what that fitting is? Thanks again.

I believe the tube you are mentioning on top of the tranny is the breather.

Actually the only little tube on the case.
