I am preparing to install a th350 and purchased a new kick down cable. When I install the cable to the "wire loop" the cable does not slid freely. It seems to bind in the plastic tube and will not retract. Is this normal?

It sounds like you may have a kink in the cable somewhere. Mine slides easily.

Mine slides easily until I connect it to the "wire" loop and it binds. Is it common to bend the wire?
