I got my 12 bolt back from the shop after getting it completly redone, new posi, gears, bearings, ect.
I did not give them the new axles because they were out getting the hub turned down for a new Baer rear disc brake kit. I installed the axles , put in the new c-clips, but when I tried to install the pin it hits one of the axles. the other axle looks loke it has about a 1/16" of clearance, if I push hard enough I can barely get the pin to start to go in, but I know something is not exactly right. Should I pull the axle and shave a little of the end for clearance or is there something else I'm missing. The axle in question will not move any more from the pin.
Thanks!
Mike
