Is a stock style radiator cap supposed to fit the Griffen universal radiators? I have a stock one on it now, but it doesn't seem to fit right.

Anyway... my setup seems to work good. at 1500 RPM's for 15 minutes sitting still, it cycled between 185 and 200 only using 1 side of my LS1 fan.

I know what you mean, the cap you need has smaller tangs. They vary from manufacturer. I found that a Stant with lever fits well.

I'll try the stant... A stock one just doesn't seem to seal right.
