I have a cracked drivers side astro vent assembly. It's the piece the screws to the firewall and holds the flapper attached to the vent pull. It still works but I think it was damaged in a previous accident. Does anyone know how to glue one? Or I will have to replace it? Does the 68 astro vent fit a 69? How about 69 Novas? Is there any interchange?

Not sure how broke your talking but NAPA sells a plastic two part glue that works awesome on plastic. Once glued you won't break it apart.

It's made by Loctite and is called "Plastix" works super on this kind of thing. If that does not work "Ricks" sells those plastic parts as well.
