I've installed VA in my '69 and am wondering how any of you installed the tranny cooler in front of the condensor? With the drier on the RHS as well, I'd like to see a pic or two and a few suggestions on routing the lines for the cooler and mounting. After two years of pieces the car's back together and going for final paint next week. I'm stoked! Thanks!

I must have 250 pics of my 69 but no pic of how I mounted my tranny cooler in front of the condenser. graemlins/clonk.gif It's at the body shop right now. I'll stop tomorrow and snap a photo because the grill is not in yet and it should show pretty good. I just fabbed up some simple brackets which mount to the "Hood catch support brace" (as it's called on pg 132 of Ricks catalog) for one side of the cooler and the other side of the cooler is bolted to the radiator support on the passenger side. Worked out very well and looks good too.

Thanks for taking the time to get us these pics! That cooler should take care of your cooling needs! Great setup. Mine's going to the paint shop tomorrow. I'm out of the country for three weeks, should be painted by the time I'm back. Can't wait.
