I have pulled out my heater box and bought a seal kit to seal it properly with my new heater core. But I was wondering how to remove the flap doors so I can seal the doors properly? Haven't found any topic on this or any instructions in the AM.

It has been a couple of years since I did mine, but I do remember that one door did not come out. I just carefully did it in place.

Same here. I removed what came out easily and did the big door in place. Just alot of scraping, scuffing, painting, cleaning, and then glueing. Takes time and patience but worked out well.

Well it seems like its one peice, however mine may just be rusted together, and for the doors that do get removed how is it done?
