Welcome to the Club!! You might be able to take a broken hacksaw blade and cut the remaining band left in the manifold, then take a pair of pliers and roll it out from the manifold.
After this is done, you might see if dealer has this tubing and reinsert it, with a permanent sealer, and a block of wood and a hammer.
Or, thread it of a pipe size and use a threaded nipple.

I HAVE TRYED TO GET IT OUT IN EVERY WAY THAT I CAN THINK OF. I GUESS I AM GOING TO HAVE TO GO THE NEW INTAKE ROUTE. WONDER HOW MUCH AND WHAT KINDA UPGRADES ARE AVAILABLE?
THANKS FOR THE WELCOME

How big is the tubing and where does it go?

about 1/2 inck and right in the front of the intake under the throttle body. it is where the coolant comes out and goes into the throttle body.

I have no idea if this would work, but here is a thought I had. Could you tap the piece of tubing that is broken off and then screw some bolt into it and pull it out that way?

Follow the hose routing. Your broken tubing reads as it might be for throttle body warming, coolant flowing through the t/body to prevent icing.
If this is the same hose, comes out of the thermostat housing area to t/body, to the other side of the t/body, then to the firewall, then take a section of copper tubing and bypass the t/body.
