How would I go about getting all the air out of a cooling system (the engine block). I remember seeing it done on "American HotRod", but don't know how they did it. Thanks, Kevin

I fill the engine through the thermostat housing flange on the intake. Remove the housing and thermostat and fill completely. Re-install the thermostat and housing and continue filling the radiator. It helps to have the re-usable gaskets or housings with the o-ring seal.

You could also remove a heater hose from the intake and fill through there.
