I have a 67' with a small block and no heat or air plumbing.Car is originally an a/c car but all I want is some heat. Can I just get a firewall pad, ducts, heatercore setup and whatever else for a non a/c car? I'm making a plate for the hole in the firewall and the car is in no way correct. My other confusion is routing the heater hoses. I have one port on top of the water pump, one at front driver side of intake, one at front pass. side and one front pass. side pointing toward the battery. Will this work and if so how do the hoses get routed. Thanks for the space

Yes you can change an A/C car to just heat.
The OE water pump has the return hose going into the w/pump just above the lower radiator hose. Your supply for the heater core, 5/8 inch diameter, will come from the pass intake side and the return, 3/4 inch diameter, to the top of the water pump.
The hoses are routed from the engine to the fenderwell above the upper control arm, held by a clip fastened in the square hole, then to the heater core.

I only have 1 spot on my water pump for a heater hose ? Should I get a different one ?

The other 5/8" hose goes from the bottom heater core pipe to the fitting on the passenger side of the intake manifold. graemlins/thumbsup.gif
