My only suggestion might be to use those "flex" hoses. I'm thinking about the buying the same radiator for my 67, does everything else fit ok?

I once needed a specific rad hose. Use a piece of wire from a coat hanger, bend the disired shape and head to the auto parts. graemlins/thumbsup.gif

I also have an Afco aluminum radiator. I gave up on trying to fit a molded hose on that lower angled hose nipple, so I got the hacksaw out, cut it off flush with the radiator and had it rewelded on straight. Now the stock molded rubber hose fits like it should.

Just got the hose today, 10 bucks. Started to drain the radiator, will let you know how it does.
Supposed to get cold again so I dont know when I will get off my behind and install it. Dont like working in a cold garage. Thanks a bunch.
