I have a 68 Convert and do not have the brass wedges in place. They are mysteriously missing. Does anyone have a photo of their wedges I could sneak a peek at?

Does anyone have a drawing of the wedges so I could make some ? Better yet , has anyone seen them for sale anywhere ?

The repro places have them. They're about $35 ( page 145 in Rick's). The picture above is from my parts car. Email me if you want a used set.

Do you just put 2 shims behind each brass wedge and your done?

You have to shim until there is a slight interference fit when the door closes. The purpose is to add rigidity to the body structure when the door is closed.
