Hi all, I need a favor. The courtesy lights on a ragtop are in the lower corners of the dash. The lamp sockets are PART OF the harness, and are not available separately. They have 2 wires, and don't ground through the socket mount. Someone CUT one of mine off!!! I've been unable to find a replacement anywhere... Would anyone have on old ragtop harness and be willing to cut a socket out and send it to me?

I am pretty sure that I have some. I'll look and let you know. You are talking about the Orange and White wires correct?

Wow, that was quick... Yes, I have an orange and a white wire hanging out of the dash... right next to the bracket where the bulb socket should plug into. just no socket... If you can spare it, leave me about 6" of wire to make a good splice, and let me know how to get it here.

I just looked and I don't think that I have the right one. I looked at the one on my car and it is different than the spare that I have. I got some extra parts (in boxes) when I bought the car so this must be from some other year/make of car even though he said that it was Camaro.
Sorry to get your hopes up. I'll keep looking however. Hopefully Rick has one for you. I did not realize that they were that hard to find.

Thanks for looking, Randy. They are impossible... You get 2 attached to a new dash harness... or 2 when you take off your old one... other than that, they don't exist. I'll shoot Rick an email, hope I get lucky. Anyone else replace their harness and still have the old one?

I thought that mine was a separate harness and not a part of the main under dash harness?
