Can anyone confirm that the bowtie bash this year is 7/19? And at the same location as the previous couple of years? Anyone have a pointer to an on-line flyer? There is no mention of it on the Golden State Nova website.

Hi Scott, (or should I say "Ken" ;) ) haven't seen you around lately!! I'm thinking there isn't going to be a Bowtie Bash this year. Last year the Nova club got recognized for putting on the show but from what I've heard it was really the work of 2 individuals and they actually funded the show with personal funds. Bob from the Chevelle club and I had talked with the 2 organizors and offered Chevelle and Camaro club help doing the show this year. Randy from our club was in touch with them several times when he was pres of our club but I haven't heard anything in months.

Our Club BBQ is on the 20th, you should be getting info any day via e-mail on it!! See ya there!!

Thanks Dennis. I haven't been around much because the company I work for decided to close my division. I've been working on the shutdown and trying to find a new job. If anyone out there needs a good IT guy, let me know.
