Hi all,

Nothing's more fun than meeting up with other TCers and getting to enjoy our obsession up close and personal!! I've been trying to stick as many threads as I can prior to the actual gathering date. It saves you from having to "ttt" (to the top) to keep it alive. If you would put the dates in the Subject line Example: "SJ (Bay) area gatherings!! 18th & 27th" it will make it easier for me to identify and feature your thread...

Just a note; It's cool to see these event notices and I'll stick them when I see them. The idea here though is to help members get together with each other. Most of these event posts never even suggest the poster is interested in meeting others from their area.

As said I don't have a problem with that, you guys just don't know what you are missing to actually put a name with a face and meet someone from the site... It really adds to the experience and ya may just find a local Camaro buddy to help you strip that undercoating off your floor pans!! ;)

Northern Virginia and the Stafford/Fredericksburg, Va area:

19 April @ 4pm: Depart the RT-17 Commuter Lot (I-95 Exit 133B) for a 75-mile round trip cruise as follows:

I-95 Exit 133B Commuter Lot to Colonial Beach Virginia to Stafford's Saturday Night Cruise.

We will eat in Colonial Beach, depart for Stafford Brusters at 6pm and then have free ice cream at Brusters where we join their Saturday night Cruise-in. We'll take lots of pics and have a ton of fun with folks who like to drive their classics. Join us! Kids are welcome and encouraged--they are the future of this hobby!

We have invited all car clubs in this area to join in the trip but as the organizer, I am also focusing on 1st and 2nd Gen Camaros. We have 9 in our club and want to get as many as possible on the trip. Let's make a major Camaro showing on this one and get to know some fellow TC'ers.

This Road Trip begins at 4pm: this is shortly after the conclusion of the McClane Mid-Atlantic Car show across the street from the commuter lot.
