My brother and his unit got back in December and are all well and good. They were 60 miles north of Bagdad for 1 year at Camp Anaconda. Every day they took a chance of getting hit by mortars and rockets. When they left, most of their equipment had battle scars from the shrapnel. He is glad to be home and is currently on vacation in Hawaii!

That's where these guys returned from. Pretty much a daily routine to run for cover. It's that way at all the camps.
Tell him I said welcome home when he's done sunning himself. smile.gif
