I just got the wife a car for her daily driver it is a 1968 cutlass oldsmobile , with 350 rocket engine , I am a life long chevrolet guy but love all GM products , my question is this , the olds 350 has had a HEI later model distibutor put in it and I want to replace it with the correct point type , I know everybody loves the HEI but I can not use them , HEI = me (or worse her) sitting beside the road with a pickup coil shot , anyway will a small block chevy one fit ??? I have a couple dozen of those , if not then what will fit it ? pontiac ???? maybe ,,,,, where could I find one ??? I know this is not camaro related but you guy's seem to know a lot about all GM car's thank's

Olds engine can only use an olds dist. Good news is that Accel still sells points dist for most engines with cap, rotor, vacuum advance and all hardware.
