DjD Feb 21st, 04, 02:45 PM 350 cars except the LM1 got the SS hood, SS hinge springs, 12 bolt, multi-leafs and discs the LM1 got the 12bolt and multi-leafs and optional discs. My guess is the additional items added the extra weight. z28doug Feb 21st, 04, 04:19 PM I'm trying to figure out where the added 83 pounds comes from on a Z/28. Are the power disc brakes (37 lbs.) and Muncie (4 lbs.) included in that number? I guess if you added the smog system to 41 lbs. you would be getting fairly close.
